Shinwari Kebab (Lamb chops kebab)

Ingredients
- 12–16 best end of neck lamb chops, cut thinly
- salt and black or red pepper
Method
Step 1
Rub the chops all over (but lightly) with salt. Leave in a cool place for 15–30 minutes.
Step 2
Put the chops on to kebab skewers and either cook over charcoal or under a preheated grill for about 20 minutes, turning the kebabs frequently, until brown and cooked.
Step 3
Remove from the skewers, sprinkle with plenty of pepper and serve on fresh nan or chapati. Garnish with the tomato, onion and lemon.
